Miles Seston started his career in Financial Services working for one of the largest global insurers Metlife. Miles specialised in personal protection particularly in the Equestrian Sphere as well as high net worth clients.
Miles saw an opportunity to start his own brokerage built on professionalism, integrity and trust and very much a personal service, These values are core to Strathon Park today.
‘I feel that we are in an ever changing world where digital markets and increasing reliance on technology and the internet, can take clients away a clients ability from making the correct decisions when protecting their family. So we need to be proactive in advising and making recommendations so that we can ensure clients can make informed decisions as poor advice or even none at all can have detrimental effects.’
Miles is a horse racing enthusiast, he personally rode for 12 years tallying up numerous winners on the flat aswell as national hunt and was fortunate enough to ride a Cheltenham Winner at the Paddy Power meeting in 2004 for the late Malcolm Jefferson, as well as other trainers Jonjo O’Neil, Kevin Ryan aswell as many others . Before finishing his career in racing he rode out for Malton based trainer Richard Fahey.
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in financial Services. Sarah started her career in 1998 with The Natwest Bank. Later going on to work for the UK’s largest property services group – Countrywide and latterly LSL.
Sarah is dedicated to delivering only the best service to each and every client and has helped thousands of people achieve their financial goals and aspirations.
Sarah joined Strathon Park in 2016 very much behind Miles ethics of delivering outstanding objective advice along with a very personal service.
Sarah spends her spare time with her two children – Harriet and Matilda, who are also keen equestrian enthusiasts. Sarah now focuses on the children and competing their show ponies however in previous times has ridden both show hunters and show cobs at both The Royal International and Horse of The Year Show.
Harvey is the office mascot, he’s 6 years old and enjoys fresh air, walks and people.
